changes this is the last issue of Momentum that will be readily available for free The reason for this significant change is that we want to grow our readership and advertising base which is hard to North America While the barriers to a more widespread use of bikes for transportation persist there is much to celebrate for instance the continued expansion of cycling infrastructure in places like New York City San Francisco Minneapolis Toronto and Vancouver e release of the NACTO Urban Bikeway Design Guide at the National Bike Summit this year is indicative of a concerted push towards
